Dnes existuje st\u00e1le v\u00edc a v\u00edc d\u016fkaz\u016f o tom, \u017ee na\u0161e my\u0161len\u00ed na t\u011blo prokazateln\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed. Zkuste si jen p\u0159edstavit, jak se c\u00edt\u00edte p\u0159ed d\u016fle\u017eitou zkou\u0161kou nebo pracovn\u00edm pohovorem. Pokud si nejste p\u0159edem zcela jist\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdkon bude naprosto dokonal\u00fd, tak v\u011bt\u0161inou na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei poci\u0165ujete fyzick\u00e9 projevy va\u0161ich my\u0161lenek \u010di \u00favah. V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s se potk\u00e1v\u00e1 v takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli s pochybnostmi, strachem z ne\u00fasp\u011bchu, z toho, jak jej budou asi ostatn\u00ed hodnotit.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tyto emoce obvykle velice rychle za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed p\u016fsobit na fyzick\u00e9 \u00farovni, v\u011bt\u0161inou se projevuj\u00ed jako nervozita v oblasti \u017ealudku nebo p\u0159\u00edmo za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed probl\u00e9my. Toto p\u016fsoben\u00ed plat\u00ed v\u0161ak i u dal\u0161\u00edch emoc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si mo\u017en\u00e1 \u010dasto neuv\u011bdomujeme, ale p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m p\u016fsoben\u00ed mohou \u010dasem p\u016fsobit minim\u00e1ln\u011b fyzick\u00fd diskomfort (pocit, kdy se nec\u00edt\u00edme dob\u0159e ve sv\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ei) a to bohu\u017eel vede k dal\u0161\u00edmu zpochyb\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edch schopnost\u00ed a na\u0161eho celkov\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed na jin\u00e9 lidi. Hlavn\u011b v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee pravideln\u011b poci\u0165ujete neklid, \u00fazkosti, vztek, frustraci, depresivn\u00ed nalad\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed projevovat v podob\u011b za\u017e\u00edvac\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, bolest\u00ed hlavy, celkov\u00e9 \u00fanavy atd.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zjist\u011bte jak\u00e9 je va\u0161e nastaven\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Asi nejsnadn\u011bji se to d\u00e1 popsat jako zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, zda vid\u00edte sklenici sp\u00ed\u0161 poloplnou nebo polopr\u00e1zdnou. Jdete po \u00fazk\u00e9 chodb\u011b. \u0160\u00e9f jde taky do kancel\u00e1\u0159e a jak vejde, tak v\u00e1m t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed nosem zabouchne dve\u0159e. Jedn\u00e1 se v podstat\u011b o c\u00edlen\u00e9 nahrazov\u00e1n\u00ed negativn\u00edch my\u0161lenek alespo\u0148 neutr\u00e1ln\u00edmi (kdy\u017e u\u017e n\u00e1m nejde hned hledat pozitivn\u00ed). Aby byl \u010dlov\u011bk schopen v\u010das rozeznat sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenkov\u00e9 vzorce je pot\u0159eba trochu tr\u00e9ningu a ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m doch\u00e1z\u00ed postupn\u011b.
